A chronology is an agreed list of key events in your claim. The Employment Tribunal Judge may order you to produce a chronology in factually complex cases which will be cross-referenced to the relevant page numbers of the hearing bundle. It helps the tribunal in following the evidence during the hearing and in making its findings of fact in the correct chronological order when giving its judgment. It is a good idea to create one for yourself to help you plead your case properly and highlight any facts that are in dispute.
