A Cast List is a list of the relevant people involved in the events on which your claim is based. If there are numerous individuals involved in the events and evidence the tribunal needs to consider, it can also be helpful to prepare a ‘cast list’ giving details of the name and roles of key players. It helps the Employment Judge to understand your case better and saves time. The Employment Tribunal Judge may also order you to produce a cast list during a case management preliminary hearing.
