Compensatory Award
The compensatory award is the part of an Employment Tribunal award which is intended to compensate you for financial loss related to your dismissal, including expenses and loss of benefits. When calculating a Compensatory Award, the Employment Tribunal considers your loss of wages, future loss of wages, loss of perks, how you were dismissed, loss of employment protection and loss of pension rights.
